The staff at Grand has helped with providing three new vehicles in our family all in the past 2 years.  They knew we were on a budget and what we all had in hopes of our new vehicles.  The staff waited on us night and day through the whole process of buying these vehicles and helped me find my dream truck! this dealership and all its staff are the best. i have bought 3 new vans from them and have never been disapointed with the service i get to the making the deal on the van. keith goes above and beyond customer service. i know i work in the customer service field and expect alot more from doing so. you can't ask for anything more from them. they call me my name when i walk in. that says alot of what they think of there customers.

The dealers are knowledgeable and so is the service department. I can drop off my truck and know it will be taken care. From this dealership I have had 3 leased vehicles and now own a Dodge 1500. She went the extra mile to make the transaction work. I came all the way from Mississippi and my daughter drove from Iowa to Michigan to get the right Jeep.
